Private Residences

The majority of our private residence projects come through referral and existing clients. We have been privileged to work on some beautiful homes, from new build complete home design, to specific spaces.

Initial Consultation

A consultation meeting, in the space if it's possible, to fully discuss the brief, initial ideas, and for us to get a full understanding of the design personality you are looking for. Following this meeting we will submit a proposal and costs.

Design Stage

Working closely with you, we will deliver the design and space planning for your project. This includes recommendations for floorplan and lighting, mood board of design look and feel, and initial proposal for fixtures, fittings, furnishings and finishes.

This also includes technical specification and budgetary estimate.

Implementation

We manage your project through to delivery, working with your suppliers, or our own carefully curated list of craftsman. We carefully manage time and budget, communicating with you throughout, to deliver your project.
